SB 256 is a direct attack on your rights to come together as a union to collectively bargain for higher wages, better benefits and safer working conditions.

Without a collective bargaining agreement, every employee is at the whim of their manager or employer. You and your coworkers would be limited on how you could voice concerns on the job related to wages, safety or schedules.
