Signing an Authorization Card

BM/ST Ricard Jones and Business Representative Andy Williams Explain what Signing a Representation Card means.  It allows the union to negotiate a contract for the employees.  It does not comment you to paying dues to the union. It is critical to fill out, print out and sign a representation card in order to hold a vote.

Forms

Forms need to be represented by the IUPAT Union in the Public Sector.

Join the fight!

You can help keep your rights on the job by joining and sticking with the union.

Without a collective bargaining agreement, every employee is at the whim of their manager or employer. You and your coworkers would be limited on how you could voice concerns on the job related to wages, safety or schedules.
